The Testifying Course

The AI Enhanced – Testifying Course trains doctors to build airtight, medically and legally defensible documentation by mastering the “four corners” of patient records. You will learn how to establish accurate history and physical examination findings, ensure precise documentation, and confidently present—and when necessary, defend—your work in direct examination, cross-examination, and re-direct settings.

This program walks you through every component of the medical-legal process required to function as an expert. It explains not only what qualifies a doctor as an expert witness, but also how to communicate at that level with clarity, authority, and credibility.
