This 2 hour course covers traumatic vs. mild traumatic brain injury and the sequella. It starts with physiology of the brain and brain mapping and covers the clinical presentation of head injuries, as well as advanced imaging and neurodiagnostics of head and brain pathology from trauma. Axonal shearing, diffuse axonal injury, concussion and balance disorders are reviewed in depth with differential diagnoses of each.
